Understanding that plans can change, we at PriscillaZanatelli.com offer flexibility for rescheduling or canceling online coaching sessions. This policy ensures that both client and coach can manage their schedules efficiently while maintaining the quality and integrity of our coaching services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Advance Notice: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their online coaching session with at least one (1) business day's notice. This adjustment can be made through the scheduling system available on our website.
Confirmation: After cancelling or rescheduling, clients will receive a confirmation. It's crucial to ensure receipt of this confirmation to avoid any discrepancies.
No-Show and Late Logins: Clients who fail to log in to their scheduled online session without prior notice, or who log in more than 10 minutes late, will be considered a no-show, and the session will be marked as missed and will need to be rescheduled.
Wait Time/Grace Period
A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed for late logins. Sessions can proceed within this timeframe but will be limited to the remaining scheduled duration. Exceeding this grace period will necessitate rescheduling of the session.
No-Show/Late Cancel Fee Waiver
We recognize that unexpected emergencies and significant issues can occur, impacting your ability to attend an online session. The no-show/late cancel fee will be waived under the following circumstances:
Significant Emergencies: Including but not limited to severe illness, car accidents, and deaths in the family. These situations require immediate attention and understandably prevent attendance.
One waiver for such emergencies is available every six months. It's important to note that while we are sympathetic to all challenging situations, routine work conflicts do not qualify as emergencies under this policy.
Unintentional Missed Appointments
This policy applies even if missing the appointment was unintentional. We strive to provide flexibility and understanding, but adherence to this policy ensures fair access to services for all clients.
Sessions in Special Circumstances
Technical Issues: Should there be a significant technical issue that prevents the conduct of an online session, such as internet outages or system failures, we will work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost. These sessions must still be prepaid in advance.
